Main Course + Work Experience

This course combines 20 lessons per week of General English in the morning with 15 hours per week of volunteer work placement in the afternoon. Students attend classes at their level and then gain hands-on experience using English in a real workplace setting such as a local charity shop or office. Colchester's thriving local economy provides varied placement opportunities. The combination of classroom learning and authentic workplace practice accelerates language development effectively.
